Happy Hanukkah
It’s been a year since the launch of my book and exhibition, Jew. This Hanukkah I am releasing three signed posters. They are a perfect present at a really excellent price, £45.00 each.
For every sale, I am donating £5.00 to Nightingale Hammerson, a Jewish care home for the elderly. This is where I photographed the portrait of Rosalie the ‘Centenarian’. They were incredibly helpful. On the day I went, a baking activity was taking place. Everyone was engaged, flour was flying everywhere and loads of fun was had.
On the same day an elderly man arrived. He was incredibly anxious and confused. He was worried that he didn’t have the money to pay for his stay there. The team reassured him that it didn’t matter, that he’d be fine and well looked after. I was really touched and I’m glad to be able to help out.
